The worst neighbors you could have and the most inconsiderate people. Starting chainsaws and heavy equipment at 5 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday in a residential neighborhood is fowl. The right to do something does not make it the right thing to do. The only worst piece of the equation is the person who wrote the contract for the city. WCA should go back to california and stay. They are not professional and do not make professional decisions.

Luis Partida and his crew did a great job planting the free shade trees from the city of Phoenix!
Ricky and Ryan and their Crew planted 2 trees as part of city of Phoenix shade and improvement program .I could not have been more pleased .They were very helpful and did an exceptional job. If I need or know anyone I will most definitely recommend WCA Thanks so much
We were fortunate to have WCA planting 50+ trees in our inner city neighborhood of Grant Park near downtown Phoenix. They did a great job and are very knowledgeable of trees.
