West Coast Air is amazing!!!!! With the recent hot weather I noticed my A/C wasn't performing correctly. I called and Robert was very professional and scheduled a time to see my unit within a day. When he arrived, he saw the problem and was able to fix it within 24 hours. He also noticed that my thermostat was outdated and installed a new one that I can control from my phone. I will never use anyone else but West Coast Air!!!!! I will be highly recommending Robert to everyone!!!!!
Quick response, called at 7AM, tech was out by 8:30AM. Tech was professional and honest regarding repair needed. Will work with West Coast in the future.

The service was excellent. They went above and beyond. Not only are the affordable and quick, I was happy to hear them ask if anyone had a fever before coming out. The employee that came was wearing a face mask , gloves and booties and was respectful of social distancing. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future when needed.
Robert is great! He was able to help us fix our AC the same day!
