Friendly and professional. Dr. Alyssa has helped me so very much!! Trust he4 with my overall health. She is interested in my whole well being. Staff is excellent.
My first appointment with Shelly was a great experience. Shelly was very thorough in going over my history, listening, explaining the purpose of various flexibility tests and how the doctors would review the information to form a treatment plan. It is important to me that the first appointment also included x-rays to give the most comprehensive overview of my body, so that the doctors can make the best possible assessment. I am looking forward to my second appointment to learn what they recommend.
Super Unprofessional on the phone and super rude!! I have only used Gonstead Chiropractors in my 20+ years of receiving help with my health. So absolutely uninviting to new patience. Literally talked to me like I was an idiot on the phone. I am a professional in customer service and would never treat someone this way.
Only place I go for chiropractic services.
