I was involved in a serious motorcycle crash on april 10th with my girlfriend. Ive never been injured like that before. Just want to say i am impressed of the professional friendly staff and the thorough treatment we received. I did not feel like just another patient. I wanna say thank you to the trauma team and nurses and aids for making a horrible day a little more tollerable. God bless you. Signed Joe hall and Julie Prabell.

Our family was there during one of the most difficult times, the passing of a loved one. The 4th floor neurological ICU staff were absolutely amazing!!! We were assured that if we needed anything, they would be there for us! Sometimes even anticipating our needs before we even knew they would be needed! Hats off to Ashley, our night nurse on Saturday 4/8 and Tori our day nurse on Sunday (our most difficult day) 4/9!!! I was there for an appointment with my Cardiologist. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but was taken back within a couple of minutes. As usual, the care I received was both excellent and efficient. I love all of my UC West Chester based doctors.

Nicest hospital I've ever been to. The surgical center is amazing, the staff is hilarious and made sure my little sister was in good spirits. They knew how nervous she was and they did everything to make the mood lighter.
