ZERO STARS My teenage daughter ordered flowers from West Chester florist for Mother's day. When delivered, the flowers were half dead. I encouraged my daughter to contact the florist. She emailed Tracy, who requested pictures. Pictures were sent, and Tracy requested more pictures. Pictures were sent again and since then no response. I followed up on my daughter's behalf and no response. Both my daughter and I are very disappointed with the flowers and lack of service. My daughter spent $83, and feels slighted by Tracy.
