Very disappointing experience. My daughter ordered flowers for delivery on Mother’s Day to me. At 6:10 pm on Mother’s Day, she received a text that the flowers were delivered. Only problem was that the flowers were not delivered to my address. I called West Chester Florist and left a message. A few minutes later, a woman called back. We couldn't have been happier with this florist! We weren't sure what the arrangement would look like since it was a designers choice, but what a beautiful job they did! My mother in law was over the moon when she received the arrangement! Thank you for bringing her so much beauty in one gorgeous vase!!
The bouquet was delivered in time but the flowers didn’t seem fresh and extremely expensive for the small bouquet.
Got an amazing Bouquet of flowers for my fiancé after she delivered our first baby. Very nice lady and my friends have been going to her too. Highly recommend
Would not recommend. Used them to deliver flowers for a dear friend’s 40th and even chose the step up from basic. I called to request something non-Christmas since my friend’s bday is 2 days before and just didn’t want her to have red and white flowers. The person I spoke to in a very flippant way said “kind of hard not too” and conversation pretty much ended.
