Dr. Magee himself has rather poor "bedside manner" and actually spoke very little to me during my visits. I was never very pleased with him, but I remained with the practice for a couple years because the rest of the staff was so good with my small kids. However, my daughter recently fell and knocked out a tooth, injuring a few others. I called the office at noon on a Friday to find that the office was closed. I am writing this review because I am extremely disappointed in this office and the procedure Dentist John Magee performed on me for no reason. After my 2nd time visiting the office, and having to wait for at least 10-15 minutes each time to be seen, I was told that I had a cavity on the outside of one of my teeth by my gumline. I was skeptical about having a cavity on the outside of my tooth especially since I rarely have cavities at all, but went back to have the procedure done the next week anyway. Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

No, they never pressured me Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great
