Dr Paine was extremely compassionate and supportive in the early and late stages of my basset hound Annie's life. When it came time to make any decisions regarding her comfort he was always available. I am very grateful for him, and dr Rowe, for our random emergencies that were treated over the wee night hours throughout her life. I fully plan on keeping my younger dog Katie in their capable and compassionate hands and hearts as well.
Amazing care of all of our pets. We have 2 bearded dragons, 2 dogs and a Guinea pig. The care we received when our Guinea pig became extremely ill was amazing. A week later and Palpatine is acting like himself and eating really well. THANK YOU, Dr. Gonzalez!
I called Sunday am because our pup was up all night with symptoms of an ear infection. I was told they were open so my sister took the ride with me. The driveway wasn't passable, the snow was up to my bumper(i do not have 4x4 or AWD), it looked like no one was there so I called to double check. The lady said "oh they must have plowed us back in. We use West Chester Veterinary Medical Center as our routine vet. We picked this practice because they are a 24 hour emergency center as well. We have used the ER services for both our dogs and we could not be happier with them! Our dogs are always well taken care of and made to feel welcomed when we arrive. The staff genuinely cares for the animals and people they treat. The staff even calls to check on them after an appointment and they are always super helpful!
