We will be forever grateful for the amazing care and support West Chester Vet Med Ctr gave us and our sweet Ashley. Sadly, our first encounter with this amazing Vet was with our very sick Guinea pig. My daughter (11 yrs old) and my husband brought our Ashley there a week ago and Dr. Gonzalez and his staff were nothing short of wonderful. Friendly, comforting, and educational staff! Everyone was helpful and compassionate from the moment we walked through the door. Absolutely recommend.
Sadly last night we had to say goodbye to our 18 year old cat, Missy. She stopped eating and drinking and yesterday began throwing up and losing her balance. We called West Chester and got an appointment. I can't even begin to tell you how loving, compassionate, and caring Dr Paine and ALL the staff were. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye, not rushed at all. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We brought a very sick dog there with us. They helped us make our final decision for her with grace and compassion. It was a very difficult day but they made it easier ( if that is possible)
I have a ferret who goes here often and Dr Gonzalez is a fantastic vet! I know he is always in good hands with him as the treating vet. The West Chester Vet techs are fantastic as well! Highly recommend
We brought our new puppy as an urgent care visit, and the staff was just wonderful! Dr. Daniel diagnosed and admitted him and both Dr. Daniel, Dr. Cafaro, and the nursing team took such great care of our little Jackson. He came back to us a brand new pupper! We also took our slightly older dog to Dr. Gonzalez when she was in pain from breaking a tooth, and he did such an amazing job. The staff here really makes you feel at ease, and you know you are leaving your furry friends in great hands. Thank you guys!
Had to bring my dog in last night for an emergency visit. Dr. Guay was wonderful. He was able to attend to my dog very quickly. After he was done, he took the time to come out to the waiting room and explain everything he did. He answered all questions I had. The nurses were great & the woman at the front desk, Nancy, was very helpful. I left with all my questions answered. My dog will be better in no time thanks to the great service here. Very down to earth people.
