Westchase Houston Hospital is a really nice medical facility. Dafne, at the front desk was professional, and went out of her way to come to each person and pick up the paperwork. I don't know about anyone else, but with the pain I was in, I really appreciate. Dafne also kept me updated on my wait in line... Out me ever asking. After literally being lied to about waiting times, an employee came to this room in the waiting room & had a phone call on SPEAKER PHONE with the door COMPLETELY OPEN & was talking about neglectful staff, “the staff aren’t logging temperatures. They haven’t been logging temperatures for the past 2 weeks & it’s a big issue.” How MASSIVELY unprofessional to be speaking about such sensitive subject matter in front of patients. My husband had a hernia repair here last year and I couldn’t remember the name of the place he went but confirmed it was this one. So overall the expertise was shit. They told us on the phone the day before, I could sit in the room with him until it was time for his surgery. From my side, the nurses and office staff didn’t tell me anything.
