Moe and Brandy were fantastic to work with. I’ve gotten a dozen Loans in my life and this was by far the easiest, fastest and most thorough Loan I’ve ever received! I plan on using West Capital Lending for a Loan on a Vacation Home next. I highly recommend them.
Bill and the Team at West Capital did an amazing job walking me through the process. This was my first Cash-Out refinance and some of the rules are a little different depending on where you live (Texas). Bill explained each item in detail and resolved any issues or concerns I had. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a team that's not pushy or sound like they are giving you a sales pitch and still end up with great rates.
