I did apply an application with Sean Whalen to get an answer not easy closing has passed still waiting on what is not happening problem is with the loan processor says need to replace the carpet to hold the house insulting someone else and telling the homeowner want do replace carpet and loan will be released process is bumpy.
Bill Johnson was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the HELOAN process. I was able to pull the second round of equity with very little trouble, and use it to consolidate some higher interest debt. He was available all the time, answered my questions in a timely manner, and put me at ease, when I was on edge. I've had some pretty disappointing run around with banks before, and sometimes the timeline got me a little scared. But they got me taken care of!
Bill Johnson helped me with my first home purchase. He was available for all my questions, walked me through the process, and got my loan done for me really fast! He is great and I recommend him!
