I highly recommend this place! Awesome manager and every room is fully furnished!
First year here and every experience has been so positive. The management is so helpful and sweet, not to mention super efficient!! The apartment is super beautiful and worth every single penny. Love the feel of a smaller complex as well!
I love how secure this complex is. I love the layout of our apartments and noise is never an issue! I've never heard my neighbors for that matter! The walls are nearly soundproof. The appliances are new and I live near everything and close to the interstate. I'd recommend anyone to live here.
I enjoy living in these apartments! It is very affordable and they are basically brand new. So far I haven't had any problems whatsoever. The staff here are the best! They are so nice and are always helpful. The location is also pretty good, not to far from campus. I would defitnely recommend this place to everyone!
West Campus Lofts is a great place to live. It's in walking distance to the Baylor campus and downtown Waco. The interior design of the apartments are beautiful and the rent is very affordable considering that it includes wifi, cable, and all utilities. Overall, it's a five out of five!
Great quality and great price. You can read reviews all you want, but the best way to see if these apartments are the right fit is to tour them. The management are very understanding and nice - they actually bought Chick-Fil-A for all the residents. Every day, I walk around and wonder how lucky I am to live here. It's about a mile from campus, but more importantly, blocks away from every restaurant you would ever want. I've been here for about three months and never had any problems.
Beautiful rooms and affordable prices! The owners and workers are all very friendly and accommodating. The work out rooms and study lounge are quite small, but decent. Its nice to have security onsite due to various homeless people approaching you in the parking lot and walking/hitting windows outside of first floor rooms. (Happens a lot) Overall a great place to live especially on a college budget.
I have been a resident at West Campus Lofts for about 6 months and I'm really enjoying my stay. My Loft is updated and The gym area is very convenient. In my opinion, the location is nearly perfect( restaurants, downtown, IH-35 assess). The management and staff is always willing to accommodate the needs of the residents! RENT HERE!
Great location, energy efficient, and fantastic management. I would definitely recommend West Campus Lofts to anyone who is looking for nice apartment living
