Spent the 2018/2019 academic year here in a 2x2 with a college friend, in that time expensive packages were “delivered” and never found, a year long problem with smells/odors coming through our ventilation and through the complex, and slow response to maintenance requests. Our neighbors were “broken in to” and robbed leaving my roommate and myself concerned for our safety, would not recommend for other undergrad students. Management has since changed so hopefully things will improve.

Here’s a story to tell you about the management. My roomies and I were in the office to renew our lease and said something about the volume on our TV acting up. The owner went to the store THAT DAY and bought us a new TV, and it was installed the next morning before I even got out of class. These people really care about their residents!!! 10/10 recommend!!

I LOVE West Campus Lofts! Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming, and they want to give you the best deal they can. I have lived here for 3 months and I haven't had any problems. They are constantly upgrading and making WCL more than just a place to live but also a community. The location is great-and commuting to school is easy. The bus route gets you to class quickly and easily, and you are walking distance to almost any restaurant. The apartment is super nice with new appliances and furniture. It is in a great location. Also, the management is super great.
Great place, good management and nice, new furnishing. As a grad student at Baylor, I've stayed at several different apartments and this is by far the best one. The drive to campus is a lot quicker than you'd think, too!
