Between the poor building management, poor communication, and rude emails, I would not recommend this apartment as long as it is under Classic City Apartments. I lived there from December 2022 to January 2024, during which the building went through three management companies. When Centerspace and Mann Companies managed the property, living conditions were decent. But once Classic City took over, it felt like they completely abandoned the place. Kind property management, nice amenities, and an incredible location.
Garbage rental service. Terrible communication from management. I wouldn’t recommend taking the time to look at this place.
Very disappointed in the property management. I have been waiting 3 months for a late fee reimbursement. Have emailed 5 times and called 2 times. No response at all after proof was sent in twice. Surely noted that they are right on top of any late rent but are not willing to help when you have documentation proof that you paid on the date. Also watch out for fees getting double charged. This is Abou, I am a new resident. It's been a pleasant experience for me living here. I would recommend this place to anyone. Beside being one of the best locations in Mpls, the office people are friendly and they really do their best to listen to your concerns. Mike and Nancy have been wonderful to me. They are very respectful.
