DO NOT MOVE HERE if you value your peace of mind. I have lived here for two years and regret signing another lease after my apartment flooded due to a broken pipe. It took weeks for management to properly address the damage. My 8-month-old baby and I were left living with mold exposure for over a month before any real solution was provided. I loved living here and would have continued to do so if I didn't need to move across town. It would have been nice for the dead bushes to be replaced, but it's still a good community to walk around. The dog park is great as well! The staff is also kind and any maintenance requests were quickly addressed.
