I lived at West Briar Estates for around 10 years. Buildings are well taken care of and the management was very professional and freindly. You will be close to the bike trails, a wellness center, 4 or 5 different churches, and at least 2 grocery stores. It was definetely a convenient and nice place to call home.
I have been living here for 1.5 years so far. And so far it has been quite good to live here. Mara the manager at the office is really helpful and whenever I need something fixed the maintenance guy is amazing! They are always fast to fix things as it is an older building but I feel it is nice to live here. My neighbors are wonderful too. As long as the rent doesn't keep going up too much I will stay. If it goes up too much then unfortunately I will have to leave to find something cheaper because I am the only bill payer of ... read more
Awesome place to live
Cozy 2 bedroom with all the amenities. Close to everything you could possibly want, bike trails to shopping centers to schools ( if you have kids). We have really enjoyed being able to have our kids walk to school and being able to get the things we need quickly. Staff is friendly and prompt at helping you out with any of your needs.
