Some of the aids would come in to talk and hide from the others. Sometimes I would put my light on and ask for a pain pill and it took over an hour for the aids to come in!!. Once my daughter asked for a blanket ..there were 4 sitting at the nurses station and they told her that her mothers aid could get it for her! REALLY ??? SHE GOT IT HERSELF! The food was good. Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Yes, I'm never confident that my appointment will actually happen

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? I felt extremely pressured Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

My family and i entered West Bloomfield Nursing & Convalescent Center to visit my 94yr old grandfather . We found him sitting in a wheelchair directly in front of the nurses station. He was moaning, visibly trying to shift his body in pain. He had a grossly distended & hard abdomen approximately 5-6 inches above normal. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.
