My mother stayed at this nursing home this past summer and it was a wonderful experience! The staff took the time to truly get to know my mom and would always treat her with dignity and respect. The entire staff was wonderful from the nurses to housekeeping. Everybody was always smiling, pleasant, and very helpful! You can tell they have a great team! The therapy was stellar! I couldn't recommend this place more! I would never go anywhere else!

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

There'll be no stars for the West Bloomfield Nursing & Convalescent Center from me! In fact, if the option were presented, I'd give it two thumbs down and I'm sure my mom would add her thumbs as well! My mom is long dead now. She died 13 years ago of emphysema but the way she was treated at this facility still rankles. Here's what happened: My mom was referred to this facility by Beaumont Hospital for physical therapy after a prolonged hospital stay had rendered her unable to fully move her arms and legs. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I plan on telling everyone I know about how terrible this nursing home assistants are. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen although I have only seen 3 at this time. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
