Nice and clean facility, very small wait time (almost none), staff was very nice and doctors were terrific.
Very welcoming, pleasant, and professional staff. The place was clean. The reviews were accurate. Dr. Hwang was attentive, patient, kind, and very knowledgable! I was skeptical about the appointment at first- I hadn't been to a dermatalogist in a while.
I was seen by Dr. Hwang within days of calling for a new pigmented lesion. She and the staff were professional and friendly. Instructions for follow-up were clear.
I recently had a Doctors appointment at West Bloomfield Dermatology & Mohs. I was very impressed with the ENTIRE staff and process. Very thorough, kind, informative and left no ? Unanswered for Me the patient. I highly recommend going to this group if you are in need of a Dermatologist. For your reference I had an issue on my chin that needed attention. You will not be disappointed if you need a Dermatologist.
