Both Nicole & Kim are very pleasant & professional in the practice. They are always timely & as gentle as they be during services such as cleanings etc.
Darren, I think that you are one of the finest dentist I've ever visited. I was appalled at the fact that your assistant told me that my two insurance carriers would take care of the cost before my dental service began, yet much later I received a $460.00 bill. The worst part is that she didn't seem to have the patients or bill coding knowledge to explain to me the full reason for the charges. I could sense her frustration over the phone.
