Bought my first real rode bike at West Bike in July and couldn't be happier with the price, bike (Cannondale Synaps, Carbon, Ultegra, Disk) and superb customer service. The gang there really know their stuff and are always friendly and greet me with my name every time I enter the store. West Bikes feels like home.
Bought a bike here about a year ago. Had some problems with a "clicking" noise. These guys stayed with the problem until it was fixed. Also had bought a BareBones bike carrier there. About a year later one of the strap supports broke. BareBones offers a lifetime warranty. These guys took care of getting and installing the warranty replacement parts. I would highly recommend West Bicycles!
Bought my first road bike here (CAAD10) and they fitted me for triathlons. Great service and even better people! I am building a tri-bike right now and I will be bringing it here for a fitting as well. 5 Stars!

Visiting from Massachusetts to race REV3 Knoxville and needed to rent a bike. Found success with West! Fares and his team provide the ultimate in customer service. From the first phone call to the subsequent follow up calls and bike pick up, every detail was handled perfectly. They even offered to pick up the bike at our hotel after the race on Sunday as we need to leave Monday before the shop opens. 5 stars across the board!
