I was over at Windrock practicing for a race and ran in to some issues with my bike. Not only did they take time out of their schedule to get me up and running for my race the next day, but they also went way above and beyond and went to great lengths to fix everything. They have a great atmosphere, fantastic customer service, and are more than helpful and willing to address tough to solve issues and answering any questions. I rented a mountain bike from West Bicycles and they were great - terrific service and bike, plus they showed me some terrific trails nearby. And they were very friendly to boot!

These guys were awesome! I busted a derailer hanger on a trip away from home. I stopped in and they got me in right away, fixed my bike and recommended a lunch spot before I headed into GSM NP. If I lived in Knoxville this would be my new bike store. Thanks guys!
Many thanks to Fares and Evan at West Bikes. They saved my bacon! On short notice, they repaired my bike as I was about to leave town for an out-of-state century ride.
