I picked up a Day 6 Samson on Saturday and really love this bike. It's hard for a big guy to find a quality bike that's comfortable, but this one is great! The guys at West Bikes were really friendly and helpful. They did a really good job getting my bike ready, and I took my first long ride yesterday.

I made the trip to West Bicycle this morning. I am so glad I did. Found everything I was looking for and John fixed my leaky tube problem. He also handled a "snarky" patron with the utmost professionalism as this person felt they should be given immediate attention when it was crystal clear that John was attending to my needs. Thanks John, you rock. Yes, its 25 miles to West but it is worth it.
