The staff is unbelievably rude. Simplicity vacuums suck, or more to the point, don't suck... Save money, go to Kohl's and buy a Dyson... You'll be glad you did.

It's too bad you feel this way . We sell hundreds of simplicity vacuums and have great reviews ! The vacuum is under warranty . But dropped it off . And left us with no name or phone number . We take good care of all our customers .
