I just bought a brand new Simplicity today!! My last vacuum lasted 16 years, which proves the quality of the vacuum. When it needed service/a tune up they got me right in & it was like brand new again. The staff is very knowledgeable & very friendly!! I would highly recommend buying a vacuum from here.
