Dr. Conlin & her staff are the best! They have been wonderful with all three of my dogs--no small feat because the first two were handfuls at the vet's. They care so much-both for the fur babies & the fur baby's parents. heck they even nicknamed my rather exuberant third dog "Her Royal Highness" which is so very appropriate given her nature when she barges into the office. I highly recommend the west bend animal hospital. I have been going to them for over twenty years! They are so caring and devoted to the animals. Morgan, Jen and Pam along with the doctor have been outstanding. Thank you for taking care of my animals over the years.
I switched from (decorah) animal hospital to West Bend Animal Hospital for so many reasons. At the other facility I was always felt like I was being reprimanded and treated like I wasn't a good owner for my pets. West Bend Animal Hospital has ALWAYS treated both myself and my pets with the utmost kindness, care, sympathy (when I had to put one of my pets to sleep), and just fun to be around. Loved the care of the staff with my fur kids!
Backed our Dane into a corner and muzzled when she let out a scared growl. Then told us the cancerous lump on her neck was nothing to worry about. Had no problems at our regular vet but needed to come here for a second opinion.
This place is great! Jen is so friendly and caring , the veterinarians are amazin. When my kitty go sick they gave him the best cate that a person parent could ask for. They have my trust, and will be the only place I go!
I have know Dr. Conlin for over 25 years and she has always treated my animals with love and care as if they were her own.
