We were in a jam and had to get a bordetella shot for our pup last minute in order to board him at a kennel before our wedding weekend when plans changed. They saved the day and fit us in. It's obvious that she truly cares and will go above and beyond to help you and your pet. Five star PLUS rating!!! We love her!
We just had our first experience using West Bend animal Hospital. We have two little dogs that needed routine shots and some grooming done. When we walked in they greeted us with a warm smile and a tender hand. Working with Dr.Amanda was an awesome experience. We feel very comfortable bringing our dogs back to this location. I would like to thank everyone at West Bend Animal Hospital for going above and beyond what is expected. Especially Jen. We had to take our dog who was almost 16 years old in yesterday for what was going to be her last visit. I called in the afternoon to make the appointment, when we got there Jen came out to meet us, give us a hug and pet Kayto. Absolutely amazing place. These ladies are absolutely amazing! My pug loved to come in and see them.
This group has done a great job with caring for our little pup. Even with him being a big baby about going to the vet, they made sure not to make him feel too stressed out. His neutering and dew clawing went very well and we were well informed on how to care for him post surgery and as new dog owners. Thanks WBAH!
