I have had work done by west bay in the past and their work was excellent but the recent work done this year was very poor. They told me that I needed a new fan unit which cost over a thousand dollars and only lasted 3 weeks. They said it was a power surge but there were no power surges and if it needed a surge protector to guarantee a warranty then that should have been advised. I contacted the service department about warranty coverage and 5 weeks later I am still waiting for a response. What service!

We were having issues with our heat pump icing up and running almost continuously. Nico came out and had it fixed in 2 hours. The issue was resolved quickly and effectively, with great communication throughout. Excellent workmanship, great attitude, and a team that genuinely cares about... read more
