We were having issues with our heat pump icing up and running almost continuously. Nico came out and had it fixed in 2 hours. I was impressed with his level of professionalism, knowledge and general pleasant demeanor. He explained things in a clear, easy to understand way and the billing was very transparent. Thank you!
West Bay Mechanical did an outstanding job replacing a pipe in a very tricky location below our marina ramp. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and everything works perfectly. They truly went above and beyond by fully reassembling the ramp once the job was complete. When I had a concern afterward, they had no issue taking it apart again to address it. On November 12 at around 6:00 pm I was driving home to Sooke when I was aggressively tailgated by one of your full sized van, while I was already above the posted speed limit, this kinda behavior shown by your employee is ridiculous, a full loaded full-size van would never had been able to stop without possibly killing myself and others at that speed if I needed to stop.
