Under New Ownership Dear Andrea H. My name is Dr. Mark Paradise and I am the new owner of West Bay Animal Hospital. I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with the previous veterinarian here. I assure you that me and my wife Danielle (who is also a vet) place as high an emphasis on client service as we do on our medical standards of care. Full visit cost for 5 minutes I made an appointment for them to look at my cat's tooth as it had become chipped off. My cat was already current on his shots. The vet came in, looked at the cat literally for a minute, said his tooth would be okay if he didn't show any sign of pain and watch for decay. Then I got slapped with a bill for the full visit fee. Seriously? I expressed my frustration at the desk and they basically responded with an "oh well."
