The staff was very approachable, friendly and helpful, but the rooms were terrible! In the first room there was only 1 bed (I asked for 2) 1 towel in the room and old, foul smelling food in the refrigerator. I asked for and was promptly moved to a different room. There was a pair of men's used underwear behind the headboard of one of the beds, a MOLDED men's shoe just under the edge of the second bed, a piece of molded food under the edge of the other bed, and rice on the floor in front of the refrigerator. Not the best 2 star hotel ive encountered in my travels. Inside the room 124 there was a dead cockroach however because it was otherwise tolerable for a one night last minute stay this is the reason for a 2 star and not a 1. The service was otherwise fine and the front desk lady was nice. The location is also annoying for cars that are low to the street, the entrance has such an incline that you are likely to scrape the front of your vehicle and you merge out onto a busy road. Got 6 missed calls and messages of people whispering from their location, I call back and the guy answering the phone was very unprofessional then hung up on me. Obviously a trash location…
