Clean rooms. Great owner. No rift rafe. Descent prices
Originally, I was sad the original managers left. However, the new managers are as cool as can be. I stayed here well over 100 times and 98% of the time, my stay was complaint free! Clean rooms, comfy beds & most importantly NO BUGS! The property is well kept and everything in the room works. Did I also mention, no bugs?!!! Plenty food areas nearby and close to downtown, you can’t beat that for the quality of the rooms. Especially compared to others in the areas. Service at the desk was amazing!! Should we ever go to Augusta again we will be staying here!
We were there only one night and it was the best experience ever! The check in front desk employee was the most sweetest person and made you feel right at home from the start. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect even down to the check out with the owner who wanted to make sure our stay was what we expected, it was and more. Would give them 10 stars if it was available instead of the 5 stars, thank you to WestBank Inn for a wonderful stay!
