Dr. Linfante and his staff are thorough, honest, and provide the best quality care for my fur babies. They saved Xena's life and for that I'll forever be grateful. They made sure to communicate with me daily while she had to stay over night for a few nights which is something I greatly appreciated. They also allowed me to come visit her daily while she was staying. Top notch Dr. and staff. Melissa and Zach both went above and beyond to make me feel at ease in a difficult time.
From the receptionist to seeing the doctor, they were professional and thorough. Loved how they explained costs and medicines. They recommended a few groomers and borders as well for my Pomeranian. They are my new official veterinarian.
Dr. Tom & his incredible staff are the best. They took all the time needed for my cat & taught me on how to better care for my cat as well. The Motown music playing was a plus. I love this vet. I wish Dr. Tom & his fellow veterinarians a long & successful practice! I will return!!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tom and staff! They take such good care of Coco, and are always so friendly, with an emphasis on excellent service. I appreciate that he will take extra time to talk to me, and always explain tests and costs beforehand. This is a first class animal hospital right in Ballantyne. Love them!
From the initial phone conversation to exiting after my cat's visit, you provided excellent customer service, professionalism, caring, patience and education. My cats now have a new veterinarian. Thank you to the entire staff!!
