Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Gabriella. She scheduled two separate appointments to show me a property and failed to show up both times. Her communication was poor, and when I tried to address the situation, her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. My time is valuable, and making appointments you have no intention of keeping is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with her.
