I’ve been trying to fill my prescription here for over a month. Each time I follow up, I’m told to “check back next week,” but there’s never any real update or progress. There seems to be an issue here of lack of transparency. If the medication isn’t available or unlikely to be in stock, patients should be told that clearly so they can make other arrangements…not kept in a weekly loop without resolution. In my experience, this pharmacy has demonstrated a consistent and concerning pattern of operational failures that I feel compelled to document publicly. I encountered multiple dispensing errors, including incorrect pill counts, fill date discrepancies recorded in the e-Force tracking system, and — most critically — a prescription that was marked as filled in the system without ever being dispensed.
