Today was my daughters first visit and in consultation with the technician and the Dentist there was an actual conversation about care rather than dictation of how it will be done. They were able to effectively communicate my daughter's needs with me and develop a care and treatment program in which I was able to feel fully informed and comfortable. Also during the examination an cleaning they were able to inform my seven year old what they were doing and what to expect.
