The worst ER I’ve even been in and believe me, I’ve been In plenty of them.
rude people work here I came in er could barely breathe I have asthma they knew and had me wait 1hr and 25mins before even seen by nurse. WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

ER doctor is not good at all. The nurse is more knowledgeable than the ER doctor. The ER doctor did not want to admit us even if she has not treated the cause of the pain. My sister was discharged if if she was still in a lot of pain. We can come back again to ER if the pain still persists, that’s the time they can admit us. This is really ridiculous. I have to say the nurse named Martha is very good and very knowledgeable. I wish she was just the ER doctor.
This hospital is disgusting and slow, understaffed and with the angriest employees No care is given to patient Long wait times even though the waiting room is virtually empty
I would like to make a formal complaint against Dr. George Baskevitch, MD and West Anaheim Medical Center. This is due to the neglect and lack of compassion/care Dr. Baskevitch showed me during my emergency situation of hypokalemic spasms due to stomach flu and not being able to keep all my meds down on 12/7/2018.
