Very rude rude rude staff answering the phone. Told me off because I called back after I was disconnected
*** ‼️ DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ *** Took my kitten here for her first exam & explained in great detail some major issues that she is having & they addressed NONE OF IT & said she “looked fine”. Took her to Milwaukee Walk In Vet Clinic not even a week later & the veterinarian there could instantly tell something was wrong with her & we were sent home with 3 different meds! So, if you’re looking for a veterinarian to actually CARE for your pet, this place isn’t it.

I am not the type of person to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but I will never take my cats to west allis vet clinic ever again. my kitty's are much better off at Integrative Veterinary Service in Brookfield.
Took care of our Claire for many years, and ushered her over the rainbow bridge when it was her time. Now we take our new dog Snoopy there. They treat your pets as if they were their own family. Wouldn't go anywhere else. ❤️🐾
Yesterday was a horrendous day for our family, but the staff at West Allis Veterinary Clinic were kind and understanding, from Ashley who was kind and patient with a frantic caller, to Dr Banceu and assistant who helped us and gently and patiently stood with us has we said goodbye to our beloved Pumpkin. You allowed us to take our time and not feel like we were unwelcomed even though you had a full schedule and squeezed us in. The entire staff is so welcoming and always on time if you have an appointment you are taking care of in just a few minutes.Both of the Doctor's took the best care of our cat Mishka.They essentially saved his life,with something they caught on a checkup.And continued to call us to check on our cat.I cant say enough how thankful I'm for there quick response.
