Management is a problem. Most of the time there isn't any manager. The property management companies change hands regularly. I believe that it's owned by investors. So, swapping properties amongst each other. They conveniently lose tenants paperwork. Which causes homelessness for people who lose their jobs. Because they then won't change their market based rental to a HUD funded one. For being a HUD funded apartment complex. They don't monitor the drug or gang problems there either. Great management. Property manager has been nothing but kind and patient with us with the process of getting into a apartment.
