When you call they tell you on price....once they are almost done they will raise the fee...instead of arguing with these ladies I just gave them the extra 30 dollars and they will never see me again.
I would not be back! Asked for small box braids and they gave me medium sized and french braided my sections in the back and told me these were small box braids.
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT Patronize. The place and customers service is nasty. I didn’t receive what I asked for. Supplied the photo. I spent over 30 minutes with the owner about the price just to be clear when time to pay they tried to charge me an extra $20 even though I supplied all my hair. Like other customers stated previously they drop combs and rubber bands on the nasty floor and will put it back in your head if you allow it. Worst experience EVER.
This place is dirty, floors,walls,towels the workers everything just filthy including the owner she the worst one she demands to get paid because someone leaving is what she say it’s always different prices it’s be 3 different people in your head and your braids shows because they all be different sizes especially in the back lol like u ain’t gonna go check and see! Bring ear plugs because they yell and scream over each other then they give u the run around when it’s time to get it fixed… save your money and time and go some... read more
