Passable maintenance. No real follow-up for smoke detectors. Annoying sounds due to lack of battery replacement.

We moved in late September and have had nothing but great experiences. Jill is so quick to reply and resolve anything. Maintenance does an amazing job and gets requests done very quick and efficient. You can really tell the team takes great care of the property. Neighborhood is quiet and we have never had a safety concern.
