We moved in late September and have had nothing but great experiences. Jill is so quick to reply and resolve anything. Maintenance does an amazing job and gets requests done very quick and efficient. You can really tell the team takes great care of the property. Neighborhood is quiet and we have never had a safety concern.
I love living at west 26th commons. The staff (especially Jill) are so friendly and helpful with every part of the community. The maintenance is so quick and kind to help with any fix needed. With cold temperatures my furnace went out and Scott came to fix it within 30 minutes. I cannot rave enough about living at west 26th commons. The neighborhood is so welcoming, family orientated, and the staff take great care of you!
Jill is great in the office! Maintenance team does a great job, as well! Highly recommend.
Jill and Scott have been great to work with! We originally moved into a 1 bedroom and when a 2 bedroom came available Jill was a big help getting us moved over. Would recommend this property 10/10 times.
