The new property manager (Maingate Management) is waaaaaay better than the property manager when I first moved in (Redside). Ryan is such a reasonable dude that actually cares about his tenants and the maintenance guy, Farid, takes time to help his tenants about any issue small or big. Only the building could be more energy efficient but I think that’s just an overall seattle thing. Coming up on 3 years and the location is just chefs kiss.
Service was great once he arrived. He was an hour late and it just would be nice to get a message that he wouldn't be there on time so I could adjust my schedule.
Andi rescued me from a lockout (my stupid) and arranged for outside service to get a new mailbox key. Complex problem solved.
The repairperson was very helpful and came up with a good temporary solution while needing to research replacement parts. Thank you so much for your help.
lived here for a year. Great location, 5 mins from Alki beach and lots of yummy food nearby. Rent could be more affordable
