This is long overdue, but after today, this review is something that I hope touches so many people hoping to sell their home. I don't know if you all remember the Wonder Twins, and their tag line, "Wonder Twin powers activate. Form of a lock. Shape of a key." Mary and Ty are the consummate professionals. They know the market, know how to obtain the best offer and do everything for you during the process. I especially like them taking care of the checklist items found during the home inspection. I have bought and sold with this team and would never utilize anyone else.
Mary and Ty are simple amazing. They helped us in every way possible to find our beautiful condo in Florida. In addition they have managed the renting of our dream home when we are not in Florida. The words that come to mind are: Trust, honesty, thoughtfulness, caring, knowledgeable, truthful, incredible… if you are looking for a place these two are the ones to choose.
