I’m not sure if this dentist, Dr. Thao Pham, is biased or just doesn’t like me for some unknown reason, but my experience was AWFUL! She has poor communication, no bedside manners, and is extremely rude. During my appointment, I was in tears while getting a tooth filled. She didn’t say a single word to me the entire time, filled my tooth, and walked away without checking if I was okay. Four weeks later, I started having pain in that same tooth. DO NOT GO HERE, SHADY PRACTICE AND BUSINESS. THEY WANNA SCHEDULE TWO APPOINTMENTS FOR A SIMPLE TOOTH EXTRACTION AND CHARGE YOU FOR TWO VISITS. Stay away from these fraudulent dental clinics.
Excellent experience here. Friendly,, Knowledgeable and Professional. Good Location. State of the Art X-rays and great teeth cleaning. Dr.Fam is a very fine Doctor. Highly recommend.
