I felt seen and appreciated from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super nice, professional, attentive and courteous. This was my first ever procedure and it was very pleasant. I had the best sleep ever and felt so relaxed when awoken. Thanks to all who was on my team on 5/12/20. You are appreciated.
I had an EGD/Colonoscopy today! I cannot speak highly enough of the all of the staff- from the receptionist, to Pre Op nurses (Annalise and Nurse in training), to my CRNA Mr. K, my amazing OR nurse- please forgive me I cannot remember your name but you had beautiful dark hair, to Dr. McDuffie to my PACU nurse Ms. M. Absolute salt-of-the-earth nursing staff. They were very compassionate, efficient and friendly. Answered every question and were attentive. Anesthesiologist was great at calming nerves and I can't say enough about Dr Cunninghams staff. The facility is very clean.
My daughter had a procedure there today and the stuff was so friendly and helpful!! My daughter had a very good experience!
I arrived early for my appointment in November, checked in, and was seated. Everyone who arrived after me was called back to registration and went back for their procedure while I waited 50 minutes for registration and to be called for my procedure. I was asked to pay deductible/facility charge of $797 before receiving procedure. I paid the fee and was to be refunded after insurance paid fee. My insurance paid the fee in January.
