My fiance and I bought a house from Wesleyan Housing center and closed on it in november 2013.He did eventually completell all the repairs requested except for 1.When they did my brick underpinning for my new home I noticed I had cracks that run down below the vents through the mortar and the bricks themselves.I have emailed him and called him several times about this issue and have been promised it would be fixed but it has not been fixed yet!I did save all my emails.
Very good company to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home.
