This is a company that is quick to sell you a home and very responsive in the beginning but once you sign on the dotted line all customer service goes out the window. Please throughly inspect your home and make sure all repairs are done before closing! My home is full of unprofessional patchwork that needs to be redone. I am stuck with a garbage home and have been going back and forth with Wesley for a year to get things done correctly. RecommendedAwesome service. Wesley was very timely and offered the best price with more options. He followed up and went the extra mile to help us. I definitely would recommend him over anyone else if you are in the market for a new mobile home.

This company is very unprofessional you buy a home from them and then when the repairs need to be done they make alot of promises and don't do anything about them my home has mold and mildew growing in it where it leaked from the rain where the vents weren't sealed on the house none of the doors close my carpet is ripped up with box cutters where they broke my home down on the lot to bring it to my property the foundation is cracking the porches are falling apart there are holes in the floor under the carpet there are cuts a... read more
