I have never been more frustrated with a medical service provider than I have with Wesleycare Family Medicine. This is not a knock on the doctors and nurses – they provided excellent care and were always friendly. Frankly, they are the only reason I rated this two stars. Long call waiting times, confusion over billing, and general administrative apathy is what is most frustrating about this place.
