I visited my Aunt and was in shock with the noticeable decline of this building. Garbage was in trash room for over 4 days with a horrible oder throughout the hall way. The maintenance man has an attitude that is extremely disrespectful toward the elders that live here. The activity rooms are closed early now and there was no close down time prior or posted.

I'm writing this review on how horribly wrong these people treat SOME of their tennets. I clean and cook for one of their elderly tennets and I am literally appauld at the control this manager has taken upon herself to abuse my client. They reported noise complaints, and other ridiculous complaints to him a few times. Yet there has been no police reports of any. They never answer phone! Voice mail FULL! No possibility of application! Check Laramar Communities LLC…ALL BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!! Beware!!!
