The service and care was excellent until it came to the follow up phone call to check on my well being. The individual that called asked how I was doing and I said” quite of bit of pain when I urinate and still urinating blood”. He said “ that’s good you’re not having pain and not much discoloration when urinating, have good rest of your day”. He was just checking boxes and moving on to the next patient. Time for him to move on to his next job!
