Wesley Realty is the worst landlord in Evanston. Their building at 1570 Oak Avenue has not passed a single inspection since at least May 2018 and official complaints to the city go back at least to 2017. After being told the elevator was fully modernized it caught on fire. Their building's are bug ridden, management flat out lies, and this and many other buildings are a hazard to their residents.

Unfortunately, Mr. G********* exagerates greatly. The building is undergoing an elevator modernization which is taking several months. The elevator modernization has cost over $300,000 to date and includes a complete upgrade to two passenger elevators to bring both up to the current elevator code.
