Great service. Office is very clean.
I was genuinely excited to work with the dentist and team here, but unfortunately, my experience reflected a lack of awareness, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence. As a young Latina woman and part of the LGBTQ+ community, I felt unseen and unwelcomed in ways that were disappointing and unnecessary. Love all the staff, everyone is so kind and supportive. Had an issue with delivery with my mouthguard and they handled it seamlessly. I was happy to go back and see them. Dr Yemoto is very knowledgeable and informative.
Dr. Yemoto and his staff are welcoming, highly proficient, efficient (got me in for a cleaning and out again in time for work), careful about patient comfort during care, and just fantastic in every way. The office is always dressed up for the seasons of the coming holiday (which makes a visit to the dentist a lot more fun than you'd expect). I commute a very long way for dentistry with Dr. Yemoto because of the high quality of the care and overall experience I receive from everyone in his office. I *highly* recommend them!
